Hi, I’m Diana, founder of Levalia Operations.


After coordinating payroll operations for hundreds of businesses over the past several years, I realized something important:

Most business owners don’t need another payroll company.

They need one reliable person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.


That’s why I created Levalia Operations.

The name Levalia is deeply personal to me. It combines the names of my two children, Levi and Alia—the two people who inspire everything I do. I wanted to build something that reflects the same values I bring to my family: trust, consistency, and genuine care.


Today I help business owners simplify payroll operations by becoming their dedicated point of contact—working alongside providers like ADP, Paychex, Gusto, and QuickBooks Payroll to make sure payroll runs smoothly every pay period.
